Common Questions
It depends on your case type. The Kingston (Frontenac County) Courthouse at 5 Court St handles Ontario Superior Court of Justice civil and criminal matters. Small Claims Court also operates there. The Ontario Court of Justice criminal court is at 279 Wellington St. If your case involves family law, you'll be in the Superior Court of Justice – Family Court at 469 Montreal St. We're familiar with all four locations and know which filing process each requires.
